Meet the Curator
ERIKA GILCHRIST
Erika grew up on the south side of Chicago where she was raised by her paternal grandmother. Being brought up without resources forced her to find funding, collaboration partners, growth strategies, legal counsel, proper accounting, marketing techniques, and mental & emotional well-being all on her own. This lone journey went on for more than two decades. Then in 2018, she decided to create the space she wish she had when she started her business. A place where you didn't have to figure everything out on your own. A place where ALL of the resources you need to start, scale, and sell your business could be enthusiastically laid at your feet, ready to help you grow! Hence, the Women Thriving Fearlessly Summit was born.
